At [10 pm], an Israeli airstrike targeted Al-Hayek family's home on Yaffa Street in Tuffah neighborhood, east of Gaza City. [Two children were killed](https://x.com/Sa7atPlBreaking/status/1853896196391317839) along with other injuries.

**On November 5**, around 2 p.m., Israeli soldiers surrounded a house in the town of Qabaitya, shelled it with rockets and fired intensevily on it. A young man was shot by Israeli occupation forces while he was on the roof of his house documenting Israeli raids. About an hour later, two IDF jeeps were seend riving against traffic in the town and seemingly intentionally rammed a civilian car. Israeli soldiers fired live ammunition at a vehicle carrying the two young men after deliberately ramming it with a military vehicle to force it to stop, executed the driver at point blank, and killing both of them instantly. They then surrounded the car while inspecting it and preventing any ambulances or medical crews from reaching the scene. Al-Araby TV cameraman Rabi Al-Munir was documenting the events on the ground and was [shot by Israeli soldiers moments before 7 pm.](https://www.newarab.com/news/al-araby-journalist-wounded-israeli-forces-west-bank-raid) In his report, Al-Munir had included footage of the collision and witness accounts stating that after the crash, soldiers exited their vehicle and opened fire on the civilian car. It was also shown that Israeli soldiers surrounded the area and prevented Palestinian medical teams and ambulances from reaching the scene. After the Isreli troops withdrawed he Palestine Red Crescent Society (PRCS) reported that its crews transported two Palestinians who were shot and killed by the occupation forces’ fire to the medical complex in the town. Around dawn on November 4, Israeli settlers launched a large attack near the Jabal Tawil area in Al-Bireh, near downtown Ramallah, West Bank. Settlers burned **18 cars** belonging to Palestinians in a large-scale arson attack. In addition, [two apartments](https://x.com/qudsn/status/1853318647130849707) were also torched. When Palestinians tried to stop the settlers burning their cars, armed settlers began to shoot at them and at the ambulance on sight. While such attacks have happened in the area in the last year, this is the biggest of its kind. In the morning, Israeli occupation forces stormed the industrial zone in Al-Bireh. Some [observers](https://x.com/xabueid/status/1853331946513785009) noted that the night pogrom took place only meters from a military base in the West Bank, without any reaction from them. Acts of violence by Jewish settlers targeting Palestinians in the West Bank have been rapidly increasing over the past few years.
