Three people were killed, including **Khaled Nabhan**, who made global impact in footage where he was seen mourning his granddaughter Reem, calling her "the soul of the soul". Reem and another of his grandchildren were killed in Israeli airstrike that targeted his family in November 2023. **On Sunday, December 15**, Israeli vehicles stormed the new refugee camp of Askar in the east of Nablus City and spread mainly near the new camp of Askar and al-Masaken ash-Shabiyah neighborhood, which provoked clashes with local youths. Media sources said that a large army force stormed the popular housing area and Askar Hill, east of the city, before firing many live rounds, concussion grenades, and tear gas canisters. **Mohammad Yasser Omar Abu Kishk, 18 y/o,** a Palestinian young man was killed on **Monday, December 16**, in the evening when the Israeli soldiers opened fire at him with live rounds in the Askar Hill area. The Red Crescent was prevented from entering the area to evacuate Mohamed Abu Kishk suffering from a serious bullet injury, and they later managed to transfer him to the Rafidia Hospital, but too late to save him and doctors announced his death.
