Abu Shamsiya’s family home closed by barbed wire

The Israeli soldiers closed on Saturday the entrance of a Palestinian house with barbed wire in Tel al-Rumeida neighborhood in the West Bank City of al-Khalil. The owner, Imad Abu Shamsiya said that they blocked the main entrance of his house to prevent his family members from entering or leaving in an attempt to force him and his family to leave the property and enable Jewish settlers to take it over.

He added that a number of armed settlers from the illegal settlement of Ramat Yishai, which was built on privately owned Palestinian lands in Tel Rumeida, intimidated his family and verbally attacked them.
