Murder of journalist Mohammad Baalousha

Around 1 pm, an Israeli strike targeted journalist Mohammad Baalousha, killing him on Sheikh Ahmad Yassin Street in Sheikh Radwan neighborhood, north of Gaza City.

Mohammad was previously injured back in December 12, 2023 by an Israeli sniper. He has since been reporting with external fixators on his left thigh and crutches.

Mohammad played a key part in documenting Israeli crimes, and was instrumental in revealing the fate of premies in Al-Nasr Hospital who were found dead in different stages of decomposition, in the wake of Israel's forced evacuation of the hospital and its ensuing bombardment of it, late November 2023.
